hAM was promoted....

its surprising to me that i was promoted…

obviously not promoted to senior QS lah… its just grade updated, the title still the same… but ofcoz, a little bit salary adjustment n better benefits right now…. sini senior QS just like our asist. manager in M'sia.....

hmmm... i've received a promotion letter dated 30th May 2010 on 2nd of May 2010.... but the promotion is effected on 1st of April 2010.... so.. i guess they r going to bank in the "shortage" to my account soon...

celaka... y they dun 1 to issue the letter in April? wat happen if i tender resignation b4 30th of May??? earlier i really consider to resign after i come back from vacation.... lucky i have made my decision to stay..... this is my 1st promotion in my life..... =p

i guess the management also havent decided wan to promote me o not.... becoz of the bad market....

well... i hav made decision to stay until end of this project (after i came back from vacation, b4 i received the promotion letter) just becoz my boss treat me too nice....

damn it~~!!
he gave me an office room (personal room~ i'm the only executive level hav my own room, some managers even hav to share their room....), a car parking lot (which a lot of ppl dun hav - due to the space constraints & parking is available on site), some better office furniture and even buy me a Jersey.... OMg~

its so good to feel tat i'm playing an important role in my project & i'm being recognized by the management...

nyama... 100 million punya ID package (nominated package) has been awarded to my company.... so... i hav to "take care" of it also... workload increased significantly.....

nyama... u got the 100 million ++ project, n i hav to do more works without increment.....

tender documents, contract documents, subcontracting, procurement, progress payment, vo, final accounts, budgeting n bla bla bla....

FINE~!!! i will work right now... i've just settled all my debts... so far stil dun hav any saving yet....

wait until i hav 50k saving... i quit.....!!!

but balik only for 2 dayz... to attend my colleague's ceremony... lucky it's near to my home... PJ area...

i manyak takut my good fren getting marry 1... =p
especially those wan to held their wedding @ duno were.... Ipoh? malacca? OMG.. i cannot attend lah... n i wont attend also... but so far, so lucky tat all my good/best fren also quite considerate.. semua org punya wedding also held @ KL or Selangor area...

sigh... 2 hari... balik makan dinner n brakfast wif my family twice then hav to fly back to UAE.... tired.......

2 dayz ago.. Mirdif Site (Do-Bye) goreng another 34 ppls.. my site another 4 (my site previously sudah goreng org liao de)... then other site is not sure...

hmm.. rumors say is 100++ ppl... sigh...y my name is not on the List~!!???? stress~~~~

zZzZzzz.... i think they will stop goreng ppl after March or April lah.....
