撒娇和装傻是屡试不爽的手段.
女人撒娇的对象当然是男人，
男人如果是一座固若金汤的堡垒，
那么，女人只须撒个娇，发个嗲，
往往就可以把一个大男人溶化掉，简单的很。
而男人若想征服一个女人，
却往往是要立马统兵纵横捭阖力拔山兮气盖世，

There's no English equivalent.
Some answer me tat it means "childishly tease/sweetalk", right?
eg: she's teasing me
