actually..... costing / evaluation / tender really a tough job man~~~~
it is specially for those who fully incharge for the tender costing 1...
ur tender amount too high compare wif others , u kena tiuz (tiao) coz cant get the job...
ur tender amount is too low than others , u kena tiuz (tiao) kao kao coz mayb rugi in such project...
aiyo , were got such ngam ngam 1..? T_T
haihz , no 1 der a good QS must familiar wif the costing stuf...
but , the whole building ler.. not just a part of the structure ler...
we so young , were got such enough experince to handle for whole building..
